How do you come up with the price?
We base our quotes on the number of windows, how accessible they are, and what kind of cleaning you need. If you can tell us roughly how many windows and whether it's a one-story or two-story home, we can usually give you a pretty accurate estimate. For exact pricing, we sometimes need to see the property first.
Is the quote free? Are you going to try to upsell me?
The quote is free. We'll give you a price for what you asked about. If we notice something else that might need attention (like hard water stains or gutters full of leaves), we'll mention it. But we're not going to pressure you. You're an adult - you can decide what you want cleaned.
How soon can you schedule me?
Depends on the time of year. Spring and fall are our busiest seasons - everyone wants clean windows at the same time. Usually we can get you on the schedule within a week or two. If you're on a maintenance plan, you get priority scheduling.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only cleaning, no. We can do the job while you're at work. For interior windows, someone needs to let us in. If you have a lockbox or gate code, we can work with that too. We'll figure out the details when we schedule.
