Nope. Most of our maintenance plan customers aren't. We keep notes on file about how to access your property, where you want us to enter, any pets or alarms to know about. We text when we arrive and when we're done.
Rain actually doesn't leave spots on properly cleaned windows. Our cleaning process leaves no residue, so rain just beads up and runs off. If you get spots from something else (sprinklers, pollen storm, etc.) within a week of your cleaning, let us know and we'll touch it up.
Absolutely. A lot of customers add gutter cleaning to their fall visit and soft washing to their spring visit. Same crew, same trip, same discount. We'll quote it all together so you know exactly what you're paying.
You pay after each cleaning, not upfront for the whole year. We can send an invoice by text or email, or you can set up a card on file for auto-pay. Whatever's easiest for you. Cash and check work too.
