1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are between you and TOPRUNG Window Cleaning LLC ("TOPRUNG," "we," "us," or "our"), a window cleaning and exterior cleaning company based in Wenatchee, Washington. By using toprungwindowcleaning.com or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Text messaging terms
TOPRUNG Window Cleaning sends text messages to customers and people who request quotes. We send them from our business phone number using Jobber, the software we use for scheduling, quotes, and invoicing.
How you opt in
You agree to receive texts from us when you give us your mobile number on our quote form, when you book or request service, or when you text us first.
What we send
Quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, invoices and payment receipts, follow-ups after a job, maintenance plan reminders, and replies to your questions.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on your service. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
- To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming you've been unsubscribed. To start receiving texts again, reply START.

A few more things
- Texting is optional. If you'd rather hear from us by phone or email, reply STOP or just let us know, and your service stays the same.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so our texts don't go to someone else.
- We never sell or share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
3. Using our website
The information on this site, including service descriptions, service areas, and maintenance plan details, is general and may change. Requesting a quote doesn't obligate you to book anything. The price, scope, and schedule for any job are agreed between you and TOPRUNG for that job.
Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don't submit false information or spam, or do anything that interferes with how the site works.
4. Our content
The photos, text, logos, and design on this site belong to TOPRUNG or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.
5. Links to other sites
Our site links to other services, like Google reviews and Instagram. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so check their policies when you visit them.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
