1. Who we are

TOPRUNG Window Cleaning LLC ("TOPRUNG," "we," "us," or "our") is a window cleaning and exterior cleaning company based in Wenatchee, Washington, serving North Central Washington. This policy covers our website, toprungwindowcleaning.com, and the ways we communicate with customers, including phone calls, email, and text messages.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to quote and do the work. Depending on how you reach us, that may include:

• Contact details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• Property details: your service address and anything you tell us about the job, like the number of windows, how many stories, access notes, or photos.
• Service history: quotes, appointments, completed jobs, invoices, payments, and notes about your preferences.
• Messages: the emails, calls, and text messages you exchange with us.
• Payment information: when you pay by card or bank transfer, your payment details go directly to our payment processor. We don't see or store full card numbers.
• Website information: when you visit our site, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. If you use our quote form, we receive what you type into it.

We don't use advertising cookies. If we use a simple analytics tool (such as Google Analytics) to see which pages are useful, it collects general usage information through cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.

3. How we use your information

4. Text messages (SMS)

When you give us your mobile number, whether on our quote form, when you book or request service, or by texting us first, you agree that we may text you about your quote and service. We send these texts from our business phone number using Jobber, the software we use for scheduling, quotes, and invoicing.

Our texts include quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, on-the-way notices, invoices and payment receipts, follow-ups after a job, maintenance plan reminders, and replies to your questions.

• Message frequency varies depending on your service.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. We'll send one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't get more unless you opt back in by replying START.

• Texting is optional. If you opt out, we'll reach you by phone or email instead, and your service stays the same.

Your phone number stays with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only when we need to, with:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as Jobber (customer records, scheduling, quotes, invoicing, and text messaging), our payment processor, and our website hosting and email providers. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• Our team members, who need your address and job details to do the work.
• Legal and safety reasons, if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our team, or the public.
• A business transfer, if TOPRUNG is ever sold or merged, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. How we store and protect it

Your information is kept in Jobber and in our business email and phone accounts. These are password-protected, and only TOPRUNG team members who need your information to serve you can access it. Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by our payment processor using encryption.

We keep your information for as long as you're a customer and as long as we need it for tax, accounting, and legal records. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we'll let you know if a data breach affects you, as Washington law requires.

7. Your choices

It's your information. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct or update your information
• Delete your information (we may keep records we're legally required to keep, like past invoices)
• Stop sending you texts (or just reply STOP anytime) or emails

8. Children's privacy

Our website and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change the tools we use. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of this page.
