Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior window cleaning for homes and businesses. We clean both sides of every window, detail the frames and edges, and leave nothing behind but clear glass.
Most residential jobs take 2-3 hours. We bring everything we need.
How We Clean Windows
Exterior Windows
For exterior glass, we use a water-fed pole system that lets us clean from the ground without putting ladders against your siding. We scrub the glass thoroughly and rinse it clean. When it dries, there's nothing left behind to leave spots or streaks.
For windows we can safely reach by ladder, we work by hand with a traditional squeegee. We wet the glass, scrub it with a strip washer to loosen dirt, then pull the squeegee across in overlapping strokes. We wipe down the edges with a detail cloth to catch any water that might drip.
The water-fed pole lets us reach second and third-story windows safely from the ground, without standing on your roof. It's faster, safer, and better for your home.
Interior Windows
Inside your home, we work carefully. We lay down drop cloths to protect your floors and furniture. We move lightweight items away from windows before we start and put them back when we're done.
We use the squeegee method for interior glass because it gives us complete control. We wet the window, work the scrubber across the entire surface to lift fingerprints, pet nose prints, and whatever else has accumulated, then squeegee it dry.
We detail the edges with microfiber cloths and wipe down the frame and sill. Before we leave each room, we check our work from multiple angles to make sure there are no streaks or spots.
Why Professional Cleaning Matters
The Wenatchee Valley has hard water. When regular tap water dries on glass, it leaves mineral deposits behind. That's what creates those white spots and haze you see on windows cleaned with garden hoses or the wrong methods. Our equipment and technique leave nothing behind on the glass. When it dries, the result is just clean, streak-free windows.

Pricing
Per-Window Pricing
We charge per window, not by the hour. You'll know exactly what it costs before we start.
Most homes with 15-25 windows fall in the $180-$350 range for interior and exterior cleaning. Larger homes, homes with lots of big picture windows, or homes with difficult access cost more. We'll give you an exact price in your quote.
Factors that affect price: number of windows, size of windows, accessibility (second story, steep terrain, etc.), and how long since the last cleaning.
Before You Book
What to Expect
- 1 We'll text you when we're on our way, usually 15-30 minutes before arrival.
- 2 We'll do a quick walk-around with you to confirm which windows you want cleaned and note any concerns.
- 3 We'll work through the house room by room. You don't need to be home the whole time, but we'll need access to interior spaces.
- 4 When we're done, we'll let you know and give you a chance to look things over before we leave.
How to Prepare
You don't need to do much. A few things help:
- Pull blinds and curtains to the side or tie them back if you can
- Move fragile items away from windowsills (we'll move most things ourselves, but breakables are safest if you handle them)
- Let us know if any windows are particularly hard to access or have issues we should know about
- Secure pets in a room we're not cleaning, or let us know if they'll be wandering
Access Requirements
For exterior windows, we need access to all sides of your home. Let us know if:
- - There are locked gates we'll need you to open
- - Any part of your yard is fenced for dogs
- - Sprinklers are on a timer that might come on during our visit
- - There are obstacles (boats, trailers, construction materials) we should know about
Common Questions
For most homes in Wenatchee, Leavenworth, Chelan and surrounding areas, twice a year works well: once in spring after the winter grime, and once in fall before the holidays. If you live on a dusty road, near construction, or have lots of trees, you might want quarterly cleaning. Businesses with storefronts often clean monthly.
For interior cleaning, we'll need access to your home. You can be there, or you can give us a way in (garage code, hidden key, etc.) and we'll lock up when we're done. For exterior-only cleaning, you don't need to be home at all as long as we can access your yard.
Rain on clean glass isn't a problem. Pure rainwater doesn't leave spots; it's the dirt and minerals on the glass that cause spotting. If your windows are clean when it rains, the water mostly sheets off. That said, if a dust storm blows through right after we leave or something unusual happens, let us know and we'll make it right.
Yes. Our water-fed pole system can reach windows up to 45 feet high without ladders. For interior windows on upper floors, we'll need a way to access those rooms. If you have skylights or other specialty windows, mention them when you request a quote and we'll let you know what's possible.
Call us. We'll come back and fix it at no charge. We check every window before we leave, but sometimes things get missed or show up differently in certain light. If you're not happy with how a window looks, we want to know.
